About This Tour
This 6-day Rwanda safari elegantly pairs two very different wildlife ecosystems: the cool volcanic forests of Volcanoes National Park, home to the mountain gorilla families that Dian Fossey dedicated her life to protecting, and the warm savannah and lakes of Akagera National Park, where lions, leopards, elephants, and black rhinos have been restored through one of Africa's most celebrated conservation partnerships. Flying in and out of Kigali, Rwanda's immaculate capital, this trip is exceptional for travellers who want the complete Africa experience — primates and predators, forest and savannah — in a compact, beautifully run country. Both parks are managed to the very highest African standards. Luxury lodge accommodation throughout.
